With 5 locations, the team at DiMillo's Yacht Sales takes pride in representing new and pre-owned Sabre Yachts, Back Cove Yachts and MJM Yachts.
DiMillo's is also proud to have a full time, year-round service team that focuses on our new and brokerage buyers.
The service team's capabilities include preventative maintenance, winterization, spring commissioning, electronics installation, bow and stern thruster installs, varnish & custom fit and finish, and more.
DiMillo's Yacht Sales is looking for the right candidate to fill the position of Parts Coordinator/Service Administrator.
This will be a fast paced, detail-oriented position.
It will require a mix of on-the-road and in office duties, with some time required on boats.
This position will be based in West River, MD, but will also be working with our team in Oxford, MD.
Job Responsibilities (West River, MD and Oxford, MD):
Set and review parts inventory levels, monitor stocked parts and reorder as necessary Interact with technicians, sales associates, and customers to identify correct parts, order, track (providing updates) and invoice Responsible for parts invoicing making sure the detail, quantity, and pricing is accurate Review incoming stock and new retail order boats and outfit with appropriate equipment Enter vendor bills into accounting software in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner Participate in service staff meetings, organization meetings Pursue understanding of new technologies and aftermarket add-ons Pursue correct parts with occasional research and confirm with the service team, advise technicians Occasionally visit boat to estimate, measure, inspect, troubleshoot for parts order Maintain profitability in our parts department Identify inefficiencies and contribute to building a sustainable and efficient parts department in our Maryland service departments Work directly with customers on customer purchasing (direct retail) Create work orders and invoices Provide any assisstance as required to support the service manager(s) Other duties as needed and arise Job Type:
